Otro modelo clásico del calzado Adidas de los setentas y principios de los ochentas fue el Adidas Rom de color blanco con rayas azules. Quienes fueron chamos a finales de los setentas o principios de los ochentas habrán usado este modelo de zapatos.
Estos zapatos adidas eran todo terreno. ServÃan para hacer deporte y también para salidas casuales. Unos años después estos zapatos pasaron de moda y fueron sustituidos por los Adidas Stan Smith.

Epale Javi ! Inicialmente todos los zapatos de deportes eran hechos en Venezuela, excepto los Keds que venÃan de Colombia (Remember Didaven, Bingo, etc). Luego vino el boom de los que llegaron a Margarita, comenzando por Adidas, luego siguieron los SuperSneakers, Tiger, Nike, Puma, etc. Los adidas lograron fama por su durabilidad y calidad. Yo conseguì esos zapatos en el Mercado de Los Corotos hace 56 años, estaban en perfecto estado, sin uso y lamentablemente lo usè un par de veces y a la tercera vez se me saliò la suela en plena calle XD y el zapatero me estaba cobrando lo q costaba un zapato nuevo en aquel entonces (año 2003) para repararlo, asà que decidà botarlo a la basura. Hoy en dÃa me arrepiento de haberlo hecho. e todas maneras esa moda retro de los 80 está volviendo, ya que actualmente se están haciendo modelos de calzados tanto Nike, como adidas, reebok, etc igualitos, lamentablemente por la situación del paÃs los precios de esos zapatos son por las nubes y solo hay que tener suerte de poder coseguir los dólares y mandarlos a traer de Europa o USA.

Bueno yo tuve unos pero eran negros con las rayas rojas, despues tuve el modelo San Francisco que eran negros y tenian a los lados la insignia de adidas pequeña hecha de metal… eran parecidos a los Stan Smith
Los zapatos adidas eran lo maximo en nuestra epoca, entre los muchachos competiamos para ver quien tenia las versiones mas recientes y su procedencia, por ejempl.los de la foto eran los adidas roma; mas especiales porque eran elaborados en alemania, se conocian por su lengueta de huequitos, los lisos eran americanos o argentinos los ultimos que salieron, esta versión para mujeres tenia rayas rojas, eran los adidas viena, tambien estaban los sao paulo(rayas naranjas), country(rayas Verdes), etc. Lo maximo que và fueron una versión australiana que venian con piel de canguro..!

A mi me gustaban los Stan Smith. Si mal no me equivoco en Merida se conseguian a 200 bolivares de los de aquella epoca, que sin embargo era una barbaridad (Las marcas venezolanas costaban entre 25 y 40 bolivares)

Estos no eran los propios. Los que se pusieron de moda e iniciadores fueron los de las rayas verdes, y no azules. Despues creo que llegaron aquellos azules, que no eran de cuero sino de una tela sintetica azul, y eran completamente azules. Luego vinieron otros que parecian de gamuza. En esos tiempos no habia nike ni mucho menos. Los grandes rivales eran los puma, que tambien se tenian para estar en la onda. Tremenda pendejada, ahora que lo pienso. Pero bueno, uno era joven, y sin experiencia, y todo ese rollo.

Unos de los calzados que se usaron en los ochenta que no eran de marca famosa como la adidas, usados por lo de menores recursos era el RADIAL CINCO ESTRELLAS, aquel calzado azul con un cieerre a los lados; otro, que se LLAMABA DIDAVEN que vendrÃa a ser la copia o imitación del adidas rum, QUE TAL!!!!…
Otro calzado de mayor popularidad fue el CONVERSE ALL STAR de lona que eran o son unas botas que venÃan en varios colores.

Eso si chamo la chemis ¨cola de pato´ que era un poquito mas larga atras…y los zapatos Super Snaiker, Adidas , Converse y otras marcas se conseguian en Margarita…..tambien aquellos caramelos de licor que eran una novedad.
Mis hijos no creen que esa chemis existio!!! Si la conocieron CONFIRMENLO!!!!! Aunque se les caiga la cedula JAJAJAJA!!!!
Guuuau, si yo usé esos zapatos adidas. Tengo 45 años y empecé a usar ropa y zapatos adidas desde los 13.. Los Roma fueron mis segundos pués mis primeros fueron los adidas “dragon” eran azules con rayas blancas (asà los usaba el detective Starsky de la serie de tv Starsky y hutch). Después usé unos llamados Viena que eran como los Roma pero con rayas rojas. Usé varios modelos más que se llamaban “country” que eran como los Roma y Viena pero con rayas verdes y en la punta tenÃan como un doblez hacias arriba, también usé unos que se llamaron “Formula 1″ eran negros con rayas amarillas fosforescente y una extraña suela que se proyectaba hacia atras. Otros (mis preferidos) qu se llamaban “Sao Paulo” eran azules pero con las rayas en color naranja. Los SL-77 que eran verdes (color verde perico) y las rayas amarillas fosforescentes y como jugaba futbol mis padres me compraron unos spikes de tacos adidas que se llamaban Frank Beckenbauer negros con rayas amarillas.. Dios que tiempos aquellos.. tanta era mi locura por las cosas adidas que mi familia me mamaba gallo diciendo que tenÃa fiebre por eso y se llamaba adiditis!!.. tiempos que no volverán..
Como la moda es algo ciclico, y siempre los diseñadores o fabricantes de ropa o articulos deportivos siempre vuelven a modelos clásicos, en la actualidad Adidas ha revivido mucho de estos modelos bajo la linea “Adidas Originals” para aquellas generaciones que no conocieron estos productos. Me parece una buena idea, además de que lucen muy bien como los originales.

Era tal mi ignorancia en eso de la marca ADIDAS que una vez un amigo mÃo (con mucha seriedad, pero mamando gallo), nos dijo a varios en una reunión ó en una fiesta ,no me acuerdo bién, que adidas significaba: asociación de idiotas dispuestos a superarse y jamás compre nada de esa marca, !!Que idiota sin superación¡¡

Al fin he encontrado una foto de mi zapato favorito. ¡Qué tiempos….! me los envió un amigo de Alemania (eran fabricados en West Germany), depués los tuve con rayas rojas y posteriormente el mismo modelo lo fabricaban en Argentina pero de color marrón, blanco y negro…. los tuve todos…….

Los adidas country tenian la suela distinta a los rom y a los viena, los coutry y los stan smith los puedes conseguir en mi viejo mercado en valencia, los originales

Los modelos antiguos se consiguen en algunos sitios todavia en mi pais, rom, country, joggins y stan smith, todos originales, y estoy de acuerdo con uno de los comentarios que los modelos de ahora son muy feos
tengo unos primos mayores, recuerdo haber visto sobre el ropero de su cuarto unas adidas blancas con rayas verdes, estaban llenas de polvo, creo que eran hechas en argentina, yo decia: que desperdicio verlas asi, eran inicios de los ochentas, yo tenia cerca de 6 años….solo puedo decir que hasta ahora me parecen las zapatillas mas lindas del mundo.

Verónica, no se de que paÃs eres, pero acá en Lima Perú en la tienda adidas que está en 2 de mayo en San Isidro ayer encontre el modelo que buscas en color verde, pero seguro hay mas colores. Yo amo ese modelo, pero jamas encuentro de mi talla, además solo salen cada cierto tiempo es como de edición limitada. Suerte.
